Introduction.
Among
the literary genres, the narrative one tells a story, but not only that, it
might also teach a virtue, criticize a vice, explain some phenomena or rule all
your actual behavior, either through heroes that show you what is right, the dangers of doing wrong, or by common examples of daily life.
You might ask yourself, which is which? What are their names? Ah. That is your quest. This first webquest should establish a strategy to differentiate the types of written narrative literature in their proper categories. Knowing this will allow you to analyze their content according to its objective.

information to differentiate all the texts that we will be reading this
semester, so make sure you get them right.
Now, answer to yourself: which subgenres teach a virtue, which ones criticize a vice, what's the name of the text that explains a natural phenomenon and what writings rule much of your actual behavior?
If you can't answer, you must go back and find their names.
Also, fiction stories allow you to know other cultures. When you get in touch with the heroes, foes, deeds and settings of stories from far away countries, you actually get to know them, and maybe, to understand them better. Can you name a couple of foreign heroes or mention a (strange) behaviour that´s promoted in other cultures?
Good, you´ve accomplished the task.
